I often call this neighborhood “Main Street USA” due to its picturesque homes on tree-lined streets with charming front porches and hints of southern bygone eras.
Rivertown features numerous individual communities, including The Lakes, The Landings, The Enclaves, The Groves, The Orchards, The Homestead, The Gardens and a 55 and over community, Watersong. Once complete, Rivertown will have over 4,500 homes ranging in size from 1,600 to 3,700 built by Mattamy Homes, Landon Homes, and MasterCraft Builder Group.
Rivertown’s amenity center, known as “The River House”, includes a resort-style pool, heated lap pool, water slide, tennis courts, fitness center, yoga studio, and pocket parks throughout the neighborhood – there’s even a park for your 4-legged friends! What makes Rivertown truly special is the 50-acre riverfront park that boasts jogging trails and a large fishing pier. Check out a sunset from the pier as soon as you can … you’ll be glad you did!
